Randy P. Stephens, President

Randy established SureGrow Agricultural Products, Inc in 1999. Prior to this he was employed by S & H Chemical from 1988-1998. He is a 1991 graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS degree in Agricultural Education. Randy is actively involved in the Comanche community and Texas ag industry. He is also strongly involved in the family-owned and operated ranch.

Weldon Alexander, Sales Representative

Weldon joined SureGrow Ag in 2000 as a fertilizer sales representative. He has 25 years experience in the fertilizer field. In 1981 Weldon began working for Willard Grain. He held positions throughout the company while working his way to becoming a sales representative. Weldon brings a vast amount of knowledge from his experience in the trucking and fertilizer industry to SureGrow Ag.

Philip Hathaway, Sales Representative

Philip came to SureGrow Ag in 2005 bringing 40 years of agricultural experience to the company. He was with Mississippi Chemical for 35 years. Philip began his agricultural career in 1966 with Armour Agriculture after graduating from Mississippi State University with a BS degree in Agronomy Crops.

Neil Penner, Salesman/Field Advisor

Neil began working for SureGrow Ag in 2004 after having been a partner and manager for Delta Farm Ventures in Greenville, Mississippi and farm manager for Jim Jackson Farms in Plains, Texas. Having farmed in different areas of the Southern states, Neil has experience with and knowledge of a wide range of chemicals and crops including corn, cotton, soybeans, peanuts, and specialty vegetable crops.

Ronnie P Stephens, Advisor

Ronnie is an advisor for SureGrow Agricultural Products with extensive experience in the fertilizer and chemical industry. He began his agricultural career in 1966 with IMC. In 1985 he co-founded S & H Chemical. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University. Ronnie has been active in the farm and ranch industry for 45 years.
